Making my morning rounds, I just read this short

The guy got the hits from his fresh
sweat and not showering.

BJF is mostly right, to be
sure, but acetic acid is in rotting apples, which is in EW. Apple seeds and apples have a long history in
aphrodisiac and love potions. In geneal, rotting things have long been considered interesting smells in French
culture, wherein perfuming reaches its pinnacle.

I'm pretty sure ripe and/or
aging bananas also have pheromonic properties.
