What are these green

bars under my name for?
Next to the (Donate) button.

Those are reputation points.

When someone likes /agrees what you write they can give you good rep and if someone doesn't like something you said

then you will get bad rep and you will se red ones when you go under UserPC.

There's a

scale/balance/symbol for libra or justice under the name, join date, location, posts, points, etc.

Click on that when you like someone's post to give them reputation. The more

reputation points you have, the higher the increase of the person's reputation that you gave rep to.

AKA The

more rep you have, the more you give.
