I have ae,,,soe jell packs and edge jell packs,,anyone know

how they should be used together?

Since your new at this I recommend

using one product on its own for awhile. I personally use a whole Gel Pack but some people only use half. AE is a

little tricky some people use 2 to 6 drops(different areas of the body), depends on what works for you. The best

areas to apply is the neck, back of hands, wrist, chest area, face. Also don't expect a reaction right away,

sometimes it takes the right application at the right time to get a hit. Be friendly and upbeat, a smile will get

you pass the first hurdle.
