testing a "Live Help" feature in the store. If you need any "live help" or just want to chat and/or help me test

the system, give me a buzz over there. Look for the "Live Help Online" button. If it says "Live Help Offline" than

Hmm, I am not seeing anything at all. I've

tried a few things and nothing seems to be showing on my end.

worked, but nobody responded after 30 seconds, so it took me to a little form to email you.

You can't miss the

button. It's on the store home page, just to the left of the "Say it with Science".

Found the problem, it was my

firewall preventing me from seeing it :D
