That is quite easy, just click on quicklinks on the top right corner of your screen

then scroll down till you see edit options. and click on it. Then go all the way down till you see Miscellaneous

Options and switch it to enhance interface full WYSISWYG editing. And next time you write a new post you will

automitic see the option insert smilie. and you can choose diffrent smilies.
