Question about SOE and The Edge Gel Packets

I just recieved the free samples of SOE and The Edge Gel Packets in the mail today and right away I

noticed they were really cold. I have never used pheromones before and I don't know if I should refridgerate them

or just leave them out at room temperature? -pheronewbie-
