work on

your shoulders more, esp. the rear part.
also do some wide bench presses/dumbbell press to widen up your

pecs.

pretty good definition though. you should show pictures of your legs, too.

The traps,

is what pantero is speaking of, I said that in your other 3 week post. Good progress.

Yep

Pantero, and Manchorito if you can work your neck, but becareful if you work your neck, you don\'t want to break

your neck and die.

Three weeks huh

?? wow, after three weeks, of hard training only thing i gained was a flat stomack, and nothing more, no muscles

gain no nothing /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif it just take way too long , build any muscles

atall.

What have you been using anyway ?? I don\'t use any supplements , it\'s all natural here.

Keep it

up though.

Do Incline

Barbell Presses (first in your chest routine) and Dumbell Flyes.

What are you doing for abs, etc.?

Building

muscle is kinda easy, and based on a simple fact:

Train hard (create tears in muscle)
Eat (fill in tears in

muscle)

If you were training to lose weight, DZorro, you would not be able to also gain muscle. (despite what the

supplement ads say)

This is the way the body works.

Protien is a big factor, but I can\'t be bothered

writing all this stuff out. PM me if interested.

Also, I\'d like to add that the gains made by Manchorito are

more than possible without the use of steriods. Even in three weeks.

You have to remember:

a) He is coming to

the age when his body is producing vast amounts of testosterone naturally
b) The difference is noticable

marked due to his body\'s previous formlessness.
c) He has used soft, overhead lighting. Thus emphasising

definition in his physique.

Good work, Manchorito - just don\'t forget the complimentary muscles on your body.

Many men fall into \'the t-shirt trap.\'

That is to say: they work the muscles that they believe will make

them look good with a t-shirt on. Can anyone say: overdeveloped chest and biceps? (ie: dont let it happen to you,

bro!)

Peace, Love, and the Soviet Union.

Here is

some inspiration for ya\' manchorito. This picture is real and is of Arnold before he started training again for

T3, shows that even with the best genetics everyone has to work for a good body, or something like that.

dude,

wasn\'t that pic taken about 3 weeks after T3?

Apparently, for dudes that have trained to that extent

(real super athletes) to stop training would effect them the same as you or I contracting diabetes.

Plus, he\'s

old.
